Terms of Service

Your account

You sign in with a Google account or with a one-time code sent to your email. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure. People who join a live session by link don't need an account.

Acceptable use

Use CyberWar24 for training and exercises. Don't:

• break the law or infringe anyone else’s rights with the content you create or upload;
• paste confidential or personal data you are not allowed to share;
• try to access other users’ data, disrupt the service, or get around plan limits;
• resell or copy the service without our written agreement.

Your content

You keep ownership of the scenarios and other content you create. You give us permission to store, process and display it as needed to run the service for you, including sending text to our AI provider when you use AI features. If you publish a scenario to the public library, others can view and play it.

AI-generated content

AI-generated scenarios, injects and analysis can contain mistakes. Review them before you rely on them. They are training material, not legal, regulatory or incident-response advice.

Plans, trials and billing

The Free plan is free. Paid plans are billed in advance through Lemon Squeezy, our reseller, and renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; you keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for. We may offer free trials or evaluation access; when it ends, your account returns to the Free plan unless you choose a paid plan.

Availability and changes

We work to keep CyberWar24 available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We may change or remove features; if a change materially reduces a paid plan, we’ll tell you in advance.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending use

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date above and email account holders about important changes.
